

Alan Melvin-Farr is a member of both the English and Scottish Bar where he has practised in public, human rights and criminal law since 2002. He specalises in Prison, Immigration and Mental Health Law.
His criminal practice has included defending clients accused of serious sexual offences and high value drug importation. He is currently instructed in what is likely to be a landmark case involving a disabled prisoner.
He also accepts instructions in FSA Regulatory breaches, Money Laundering, Confiscation Orders, Proceeds of Crime (Private Client only), Mortgages, Hedge Fund and Private Equity Law as well as instructions via Direct Access.
